同男朋友去aia玩,玩完經過中環mtr附近大廈spiga 廣告牌幾吸引, 所以就上去試下。一入到去感覺好高級,仲分左室內外區。 地方寬敞,配合微柔燈光同復古設計,環境好有情調。前菜叫左個cold cut精選拼盤, 有成6種唔同種類既風乾火腿, 每款味道都唔同,有d咸香味濃,有d質地柔軟, 有款部位仲好特別比較硬身口感似牛肉乾, 配合橄欖,蕃茄乾同甜甜嘅洋蔥醬,真係勁有意大利風情, 岩哂一大班人配埋酒 chill住食。Beef Tartare 呢道前菜好出色,牛肉質地柔軟,口感嫩滑,配合左黑魚子、蛋黃醬、薄荷葉、烤土司片等配料,增添豐富層次和風味。主菜黑鱈魚肉質鮮嫩好滑, 皮煎得好香脆,配菜白菜仔放低,但炒得蒜香味好濃郁, 醬汁帶有小小紅黃椒既味道,成個感覺好fresh慢煮牛配自家製闊條麵,呢個真係必點,牛肉面經過24小時慢煮成肉醬, 牛味香濃,口感細膩,配上自製煙煙unun 闊面, 每一口都掛滿肉醬,超正,唔夠喉😝。最後當然食餐廳 signature tiramisu , 勁大份 ,好靚影相一流,上面係餅,敲碎後加埋底部既tiramisu一齊食,又唔會太甜,充滿層次口感,又係必叫甜品。 continue reading

Spiga (中環)中環皇后大道中31號陸海通大廈3樓。Spiga相信唔少人都識,特別係中環番工或者蒲開嘅一定唔會陌生 🤓 搭地鐵嘅話D2蘭桂芳出口一出就到~ 港島區番工嘅去一去queen's road就會搵到佢 😌。今次黎試過佢個tasting menu ($698/person), 唔洗用腦又食到曬signature dishes就最鐘意 😝。Tagliere di affettati selezione "Coccia Sesto"個名咁複雜,其實係ham plate 🤣 有幾款ham ham,又有salami,配上新鮮olives同onion jam,充滿意大利風情 🇮🇹。Tartare di fassona, caviale e tuorlo marinato 我好鐘意食beef tartare,今次仲加埋珍貴嘅caviar,拌勻egg yolk sauce一齊食,加埋有sourdough croutons脆脆嘅口感,形成強烈對比 👍🏻。Linguine all'astice龍蝦意粉係餐廳嘅招牌菜,龍蝦汁無過鹹,龍蝦起肉切粒,我反而幾鍾意食呢個portion,無咁漏同飽 🦞 。Merluzzo nero Baked black cod係對版的 🐠 魚皮煎脆,魚肉嫩滑,幾欣賞佢個smoked pepper sauce,味道好特別。Panna cotta zucca a melograno最後甜品係panna cotta,creamy口感又唔甜,為呢一餐畫上完美句號 😍。@spigahongkong 。#gpigcentral continue reading

餐廳環境幽靜同埋佈置高尚,而且戶外平台位置有酒吧,適合放工happy hour或者食完飯同朋友去飲杯嘢傾吓。今次我哋叫左set,貪方便唔使諗本身以為份量都偏細,但其實都ok 最終都食到好飽。上餸速度夾得啱啱好,食完一道菜就會上下一道。一開頭會送上麵包盤,有唔同種類麵包同埋餅乾。食得出麵包同自家製牛油好新鮮。頭盤有拼盤和生牛肉他他。主菜有鱸魚和龍蝦意粉,甜品係好似燉蛋定係吉士嘅布丁。全部食物同味道中上,色香味俱全。整體來講,好適合周年紀念或者生日,值得一試 continue reading
